To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
Admission & Payments
Notice Period: Residents must provide a 30-day prior notice before vacating. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit.
Rent Schedule: Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
Rent Policy: Monthly rent once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Security Deposit: Advance will be refunded only after serving the required 30-day notice.

Entry Policy
Curfew
10:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Residents cannot enter or leave during these hours without management permission.
Strict Policy
Gents are strictly prohibited for pick-up or drop-off near the PG premises.
Visitors: Outside guests are not allowed to enter rooms without management permission.
Guest Accommodation: Authorized female guests allowed at ₹600 per day.
Safety & Security
- Residents must lock their doors when leaving.
- Management is not responsible for valuables such as gold, cash, laptops or mobile phones.
- Lost key charge: ₹300.
- If lock damage occurs due to key loss, ₹500 will be charged.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
